Productivity Solutions at e2i's CTC Grant Event for Early Childhood Sector - Ultraviolet Sterilisers

We are grateful and honoured to be invited back to Employment & Employability Institute, e2i's CTC Grant Event for the 3rd time to introduce productivity solutions that help raise productivity and redesign jobs in the Early Childhood Sector



Our commercial ultraviolet (UV-C) sterilisers are NEA safety-certified and have proven to be 99.99% effective in killing bacteria and viruses without any manual handwashing or chemical usage


This saves significant amount of time for preschool teachers, cleaners and allows better utilisation of time for curriculum planning, caring for children who require additional attention while automating the entire sanitation process and ensuring that high levels of hygiene are always met

What is e2i?


Formed in 2008 by NTUC, Employment & Employability Institute, e2i serves as a bridge between workers and employers by:-

  • Connecting workers through job-matching, career guidance and skills upgrading services

  • Partnering employers to address manpower needs through recruitment, training and job redesign solutions

1. What is NTUC CTC Grant?


The S$70Million NTUC Company Training Committee (CTC) Grant serves to support entities with CTCs by co-funding their proposals to raise productivity, redesign jobs and improve work prospects


Applicants that are looking to transform their business process, redesign jobs for workers and uplift productivity can tap on this new CTC grant to bring about workforce and enterprise transformation


The grant is managed by NTUC’s Employment & Employability Institute, e2i to support entities that have formed Company Training Committees (CTC) to implement transformation plans that would lead to upskilled workers and more efficient business outcomes


2. What can be supported under the grant?


Items must be deemed relevant and tied to transformation plans that lead to worker and business outcome


Examples of supportable items:-

  • Equipment/Software and related OEM/software training

  • Consultancy


3. What is the funding support for eligible entities?


The CTC Grant provides funding support of up to 70% of qualifying cost for each project
